بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

  1. تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍۢ وَتَبَّ﴿1

    Tab bat yadaa abee Lahabinw-wa tabb

    1.May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he.

  2. مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ﴿2

    Maa aghna 'anhu maaluhu wa ma kasab

    2.His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained.

  3. سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًۭا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍۢ﴿3

    Sa yas laa naran zaata lahab

    3.He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame

  4. وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ﴿4

    Wam ra-atuh hamma latal-hatab

    4.And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood.

  5. فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌۭ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ﴿5

    Fee jeediha hab lum mim-masad

    5.Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber.
